Disclosures:
Eligibility: Only auto, RV, motorcycle, boat, and personal/signature loan payments may be skipped. Other loan types are not eligible.
Requirements:
In order to qualify, all of your ACU loans and accounts must be in good standing, and you cannot have caused the credit union a loss. The first contractual payment on your loan(s) must have been made prior to the skipped month.
Fees: $30.00 per loan. The online application will allow you to pay your fee from one of your ACU accounts or with a non-ACU credit or debit card.
Other Terms & Conditions:
Participating in this program may extend the length of your loan and reduce the amount of GAP coverage. Interest, Credit Disability, Loan Life Insurance, and Debt Protection premiums (if applicable) will continue to accumulate on your loan(s) during the month you skip your payment. Applications will be accepted the following dates: June 1, 2026- June 24, 2026 and July 1, 2026- July 24, 2026. Note: No applications will be accepted within 3 business days of an ACH Payment Origination. If you receive a message stating "Cutoff period for next ACH payment has already passed and is unable to be cancelled." please try resubmitting your application after your payment date to skip your next payment. Promotional dates still apply. Offer ends July 24, 2026.
Other Questions
What if I've already made part of my payment this month?
A: Any partially made payments will be carried over to the next month's payment.
What if my payment is made automatically?
A: If your loan is paid out of your direct deposit or through payroll deduction, we will post your normal loan amount to your checking or regular share account instead. If your payment
is automatically withdrawn from an external bank account, we will attempt to prevent the payment from pulling until your next due date. Automatic transfers will be canceled for the skipped month and resumed prior to your next payment.
