ART (Audio Response Teller)

Let your fingers do the walking! Monitor your ACU accounts with our 24-hour, telephone service using ART. This toll-free touch tone phone service is available to all members. ART allows you to access information and process transactions to your Credit Union accounts - at home, at work, out-of-town, even in your car.

With ART, you will be able to conduct the majority of the financial transactions you normally perform at ACU.  ART will guide you step-by-step through your transaction. Just pickup the phone and call 606-329-5489 within the Ashland, KY area or call toll-free at 800-245-8112.

Bill Pay

Eliminate the costs and hassles associated with the old time-consuming method of paying bills.  Bill Pay allows you to electronically control which bills are paid..how much..and when the money is deducted from your ACU Checking Account.  Setting up bills for payment is quick, easy and secure. Best of all, Bill Pay is FREE up to 20 payments per month. Additional payments are only 37 cents each.

With Bill Pay you can:

• Save time, checks, and postage.
• Schedule recurring bills for automatic payment.
• Maintain full control of who you pay and how much you pay them.
• Pay most anyone you want, even individuals. (Excludes tax agencies, collection agencies, court ordered payments, and non-U.S. merchants.)

Due to federal regulations for Regular Share and Christmas Club accounts, no more than six (6) preauthorized, automatic, or telephone transfers may be made from these accounts to another account of yours or to a third party in any calendar month.  No more than three (3) withdrawals may be made by check to a third party.

The number of transfers or withdrawals made in person at the Credit Union or an ATM are unlimited.
