For Arch Coal, Ashland Inc., LOOP, Marathon, Pilot, Pilot Travel Center and SSA
employees, Payroll Deduction will allow you to allocate a fixed amount of your
paycheck among your ACU accounts. You can deposit it into your Regular
Shares, Christmas Club or Checking Accounts. You can also make an ACU
loan payment. Now you can relax and we will do the work for you.

Direct Deposits
Many people are familiar with the convenience of Direct Deposit. More
than 50% of the workforce in the United States uses this option because it is
fast, safe and convenient. Direct Deposit provides you with the security
of knowing that your funds are automatically deposited to your account on
payday. As long as your employer supports direct deposit, ACU will
automatically post each paycheck and can distribute the funds among your
ACU accounts as per your directions. Direct Deposit is easy to use and it is
FREE.

ACH Origination
Would you like to make regular automated deposits to your ACU
account(s)? Maybe you would like the convenience of making
your ACU loan payment automatically and the source of your funds
are at another financial institution. An ACH Origination is
the perfect solution.
ACH Origination allows ACU to setup a periodic transfer of funds
from a different financial institution into your ACU account(s).
We can distribute the funds per your specifications as deposits into
savings or payments on loans. The transfer must be setup at regular
intervals. Intervals are available on a weekly, bi-weekly,
semi-monthly (14th and 28th) and monthly basis.
Once the ACH Origination is setup, it will remain in effect until ACU
receives written notification from you to terminate the ACH transaction.
To establish an ACH Origination, download and complete the
ACH Origination Authorization Form
per its instructions.
Periodic Payment
A periodic payment is simply the internal transfer of
funds from one of the member's
ACU accounts to another of the member's ACU accounts or to another
ACU member's account. You can setup automatic
deposits from one account to another on a monthly, semi-monthly,
bi-weekly or
weekly basis. This is not a one-time transfer. Once
the
periodic payment is setup, the funds will automatically be transferred
regularly based on the terms chosen by you.
