Who is
eligible for Credit Disability Insurance coverage?
Anyone

for wages with
a minimum of 25 hours per week.
What qualifies as Total
Disability with Credit Disability Insurance?
During the first 12 consecutive months

- not able to perform the principal
duties of your occupation because of a medically determined
sickness or accidental bodily injury, and
- are under the regular care and
treatment of a physician, and
- are not engaged in any occupation
or activity for substantially equal compensation.
After the first 12 months of Total Disability, the
definition changes and also means that you are unable to
perform the principal duties of any occupation for which you
are reasonably qualified by education, training or
experience. You will be required to give proof of your
continuing Total Disability from time to time.
What if my Total Disability
recurs?
If your Total Disability recurs
within seven (7) days after you have recovered from that
period of Total Disability, your disability will be considered
a continuation of that period of Total Disability.
However, if your Total Disability recurs more than (7) days
after you have recovered, your disability will be considered a
new period of Total Disability.

What is GAPP insurance?
In the event your vehicle is deemed a total loss due to an
accident or theft,
your auto insurance policy will usually
only cover the actual cash value or
market value of your
vehicle less a deductible. This settlement could be
several thousand dollars less than the amount owed to your lender or
leasing company. The final result is a financial “gap”
where you must
pay the difference. When you have GAPP insurance, this
financial "gap" is covered.
